Important Information regarding Crib

All Cribbage competition rules can be found here and in the crib area where competition results and the table will be updated as required. They are also available here - League A / League B.

Cribbage Update:

First of all, well done to those members who took part in the marathon singles competition last summer/autumn. Please see the final placings for the two leagues (LINK).

The two semi-finals were played between Bob and Paul and John and Dave. The results were as follows:-

Paul 2-0 Dave (121-94 and 121-100)

John 2-1 Paul (96-121, 121-116 and 121-100)

In the final John managed a win by 2-0 over Paul (121-118 and 121 and 93). A huge well done to John in becoming the Club's first Cribbage Singles Champion (2019).

We will now be moving onto a new pairs competition for this early part of 2020. The competition matches will be played over the next four Cribbage evenings as follows;-

All from 7pm:

Thursday 30th January

Thursday 27th February

Thursday 26th March

Thursday 30th April

We will decide on the evenings which matches will be played as this will depend on who attends of course. Every pair will play each other in one league.

We randomly drew names and the pairs are as follows;

Joyce Priddle and Graham Woodgate

Gill Leach and John Ferguson

Paul Buck and Alan Canham

Dave Chappell and Jan Weston
